This ocean front walk residence in Mission Beach is a remodel to an existing 1,400 square foot home.  The design moved the living space to the second level to look out over the views while also maintaining privacy.  The house has 4 bedrooms and were designed for noise control and privacy.  Using different materials and forms helps reduce the buildings scale and define the interior spaces.
